As you know, we are selling digital products. As long as you finish the payment, the download links of corresponding files will be sent to you by email. Most of files will be stored with Google Driver. Some products are also attached with corresponding GoodNotes and Notability format files. You can import them with your notes-taking app. 

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We are working towards 100% satisfaction of my customers. You can feel free to contact us  with any queries or refund requests. 

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.You don’t need to send back the digital products you purchased. Just keep them. But please don’t transfer to other people.
